[Eligium] Now an unofficial game

I'm sure this isn't a surprise to most of us, but Eligium will be moved to our unofficial games. The game didn't receive the attention we hoped it would in our guild. As of now there are hardly any people left who are registered on our forums.

What does this change for the ingame guild? We aren't completely dropping the game. Making it unofficial means it will still have a forum area as a subforum in the Freelancer's Enclave. The main change is that Sovereign won't be trying to manage the game anymore. Currently Kiddosr and Gwendolyn have the lead and accept people in the guild. While they do great work, it seems to be in vain when there are so few Eligium members active within the actual community outside of the game. Since they don't actually play the game anymore they will find someone who is active to take over.
