[FW] Officer Promotion - Patronus & Zholat

I'm delighted to announce the appointment of the first two Field LTs in Forsaken World.



Both Zholat and Patronus have been with Sovereign for a while now and have been active members. They have been contributing to the forum discussions actively and it's my belief that they will be able to deliver as able officers in Forsaken World.
